The main businesses are cotton reserve, futures delivery, railway transportation. The company owns a special double-way rail and the capability to reserve up to 100,000 tons of cotton. Nanyang cotton storage and transportation co.,ltd has been the designated Mercantile Exchange futures delivery warehouse in Zhenzhou,with cargo-handling capacity of 1.5 million tons each year,Nanyang International Port Co., Ltd has been approved as Category 2 land-carriage port by the State General Customs and the people’s government of Henan province. The two holding companies are Nanyang Mingren Textile Co.,Ltd.and Nanyang Lijing Sugar Co.,Ltd。Nanyang Mingren Textile Co.,Ltd is a professional cotton yarn producing company, which produces 16s-50s super quality 100% cotton yards all the various types of plied yarn and all sorts of special products. Nanyang Lijing Sugar Co.,Ltd sales sugar 70,000 ton each year. Huasheng Subsidiary Company, which is subordinated by the Group, purchases 15,000 tons cotton each year, and has been put on the list in the 2007 project plan by National Development and Reform Commission. Shareholding company China Cotton Group Nanyang Huamian Co.,Ltd. is a cotton purchasing and processing company which is established by both China Cotton Co.,Ltd and Red Cotton Group, with the production capacity of 10,000 tons and sales volume of 30,000 tons each year.
